Motilal Oswal Alternates, the alternative investments arm of Motilal Oswal Financial Services, has announced the first close of India Realty Excellence Fund VI (IREF V). The fund, launched with a target corpus of 32,000 crore has received commitments worth Rs1,250 crore, the company said in are lease. Motilal Oswal Alternates already manages five other real estate funds. Till date, it has made 150 investments worth 37,500 crore and has exited 85, generating an internal rate of return of over 20 per cent, the release further said.
