Airtel arm, three others get Sebi go-ahead for IPO


Four companies, including Bharti Hexacom, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, have obtained Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi's) approval to launch it's initial public offering (IP0). Through the IPO, government-owned company Telecommunications Consultants will sell 20 per cent share of its 30 per cent stake. 

Bharti Airtel holds the remaining 70 per cent stake in Bharti Hexacom, which is a provider of communications solutions to clients in Rajasthan and the North East telecommunication circles. Jyoti Structures, Diffusion Engineers, and Rays Power Infra are the other three companies that have obtained Sebi nod for IPO. BSREPORTER
